The ShopClock Subscription is not a sales agreement. The application and related material are licensed to you by Pacific Rim Software Inc on a subscription basis. You own the data collected, archived, and displayed by ShopClock, but we retain all rights to the software. If the ShopClock subscription should expire without renewal, you will still have full access to all of the data collected during the term of the subscription, but your employees will no longer be able to punch in or out.
Often times products like ours are priced on a per employee per month basis. To find the cost per employee per month of any ShopClock subscription divide the price of the subscription by twelve to get the cost per month and then divide that by the number of employees in the subscription. For example, our popular 20 employee network subscription is $240 per year, which works out to 1 dollar per employee per month.
We use PayPal for our credit card processor. But it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to purchase a subscription through the website. However, if you would rather not go through the website just give us a call (877-988-8787) and we can process your order over the phone.
After the credit card transaction has been successfully completed, PayPal will inform us via e-mail of your purchase. When we receive PayPal's confirmation, we will e-mail the Subscription Key to you (usually on the same day). No software or CD will be sent to you. If you have not already installed ShopClock, please download, install, and try it before purchasing a subscription.
