What does a ShopClock Subscription Include?

 All ShopClock Subscriptions Include:

  • Use of ShopClock during the subscription period
  • All the Updates 
  • LogMeIn Support 
  • E-mail Support

ShopClock can either be rented by the year or purchased. Either way support and updates are included and we call it a subscription. 

Only Active employees are counted, you can have any number of inactive employees.  

The number of client computers is unrestricted, but each subscription covers only a single network database. Any number of remote locations can be connected to this database by a VPN connection. 

We can now host your ShopClock Database Server in the Microsoft/Azure Cloud. The Hosting Fee (should you decide to have your database hosted) is in addition to the normal subscription fee.
