ShopClock Works with QuickBooks:
- Employee info can be imported from QuickBooks - saves setup time.
- Time clock data can be exported to QuickBooks -always saves time and eliminates data entry errors .
Uses Standard Overtime Rules:
- U.S. FLSA (over 40 hours per week is overtime)
- California D.O.L. Rules
- or No Overtime Calculation
Is Network Ready:
- Employees can use any computer on your local area network (LAN) to clock in and out (the time always comes from the "server").
- Or can be used on a single computer
Supports Departments:
- Each department can have it's own overtime rules
- When planning vacations, the information about other employees is limited to those employees in the same department.
- Pay Periods can be processed one department at a time.
- Any computer can be restricted to a particular department
Has An Attendance Tracking Calendar:
- shows the percentage of the active employees working each day.
- shows the time worked by the Currently Selected Employee each day.
- does early / late analysis based on when the employee clocked in
- It is not web based. It does not work over the internet - (unless you're using Terminal Server or a VBN connection)
- It does not track Shift Differentials, Job Costing, or Multiple Pay Rates for the same employee
